Two weeks to go until Hastings Fat Tuesday Festival!
A five day festival including a music conference, a Mardi Gras Ball, an Unplugged Tour with 60 acts touring 30 venues, an Under the Radar emerging band night, a Cabaret/Comedy/Drag bingo night, our Sonics electronic/experimental events, an Umbrella Parade and afternoon of Mardi Gras music, a night in the pub with King Size Slim, the main Tuesday Tour with 24 acts touring 12 venues, a Reggae Room, and an After Party.
Not to mention a Frock Up market place to get your ball outfits, 4 community umbrella workshops and 10 school workshops, a whole bunch of wonderful fringe events, Hastings Voluntary Service’s Mardi Gras events for the older community, our own beer (Thanks Lakedown!) and the next chapter of the Hastings theatre projects ‘DFL’ play set at Fat Tuesday.
