Silent Natives are an acoustic led indie rock, pop, folk trio from Romford, Essex. Consisting of brothers Steve Jones (Vocals/Guitar), Rich Jones (Bass) along with Chris Kemsley (Drums). Their debut ep 'Loosen Your Grip' was championed by BBC Introducing establishing the bands footing on the scene. Follow up singles 'Rewire' saw them perform live on BBC ESSEX and 'Love It' released in Lockdown again championed by Introducing and Amazing Radio. Their music has opened up opportunities to perform regularly on the Sofar Sounds Circuit, landed them a spot at Kent Camp Wild Fire festival and Hasting's Fat Tuesday (unplugged Saturday 2020) Working with Ian Davenport (Supergrass/Badly Drawn Boy) producing their earlier works 'Lamplight 2005-2010' and Mitch Ayling of the Milk who produced their debut EP Loosen Your Grip & singles Rewire & Love It. The bands focus is now writing and producing their next EP for recording in 2022, some of which we hope to showcase at Hasting's Fat Tuesday.
